2. After 60 Minutes or Once Shipped

If more than 60 minutes have passed, or if the package has already shipped:

The order can no longer be canceled.

However, once the package is delivered, you may still request a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation Approval & Confirmation

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method
  
• Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank
  

If a cancellation cannot be processed (for example, because the order has already shipped), we will inform you and provide the next steps.
