Can I track my order?

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.
For your cancellation request to be valid, the following conditions apply:
Before shipment:
You may cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order leaves our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible and our Return Policy will apply instead.
After shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you can still request a return or exchange after receiving your package. Our support team will assist you quickly and guide you through the process.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, for a total estimated time of 5 to 9 business days from the moment you place your order.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time) are processed and shipped the same day.
- After 4:00 PM: Orders are shipped the next business day.
- Weekend orders: Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
